Bazı Fotosentez Organlarının Ekmeklik Buğdayda Verim Unsurları Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Namık Kemal Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Deneme Alanı’nda, 2005 ve 2006 yıllarında tesadüf bloklarında bölünmüş parseller deneme deseninde, üç tekrarlamalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, kılçıkların, bayrak yaprak ayasının, birinci yaprak ayasının, ikinci yaprak ayasının ve diğer yaprak ayalarının, üç ekmeklik buğday çeşidinin (Pehlivan, Flamura 85 ve Golia) ana verim unsurlarına katkı oranlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Kılçıkların, bayrak yaprak ayasının, birinci yaprak ayasının, ikinci yaprak aysının ve diğer yaprak ayalarının uzaklaştırılması; başak ağırlığında, başakta tane sayısında, başakta tane ağırlığında ve bin tane ağırlığında önemli düşüşlere yol açmıştır. Bayrak yaprağı ve birinci yaprağın yeşil kalma süresi, Trakya Bölgesi’nde verim için yapılacak seleksiyonlarda önemli bir parametre olarak değerlendirilebilir. Ayrıca, başağın fotosentez kapasitesini artırdığı için, bu bölgede kılçıklı çeşitlerin yetiştirilmesi önerilebilir
