Abstract
This study determines the mushroom management perception levels of the employees working in the Provincial Directorates of Batman, Mardin, Siirt, Şırnak Youth Services and Sports Directorates, which serve the sports of the country and enable the spread of this service throughout the country, by age, gender, education level, working position, working year. and to examine them according to the variables of the unit they worked in. It is designed according to the instant survey approach and the correlational survey model which is one of the general scanning models for the purpose of study. The “mushroom management scale” consisting of 19 items and four subscales developed by Birincioğlu and Tekin (2018) and with internal consistency values of Cronbach Alpha as α=0.90 was used as a data collection tool in the study. The data was obtained from a total of 159 employees, including 46 women and 113 men. Accordingly, percentage (%) and frequency (f) analyses were used to determine the distribution of demographic data of the participants and T-test for comparison of the two groups and Pearson correlation tests were performed for continuous numerical data. The analysis determined that the employees in the Ministry of Youth and Sports perceived the mushroom management at medium.
