Publication Principles
1. Studies to be sent to the International Journal of Social Work Research (JSWR) must not be an original study that falls within the scope of social work and social policy science, not previously published in any publication, and not sent to other journals at the same time for evaluation.
2. Submitted studies are published with the approval of the field editors, the positive evaluation of the referees and the approval of the editorial board. The content of the published works belongs to the authors and is not attributed to the journal.
3. The publication languages ​​of the journal are Turkish and English. Manuscripts submitted in other languages ​​are evaluated by the editorial board.
4. Studies that have been presented as papers before, such as master's, doctorate and specialization thesis can be published if necessary explanations are made.
5. Studies submitted for publication must be prepared in accordance with the ethics committee and publication principles. All studies are scanned by the journal team in iThenticate, Turnitin or intihal.net programs. Studies that do not comply with scientific ethical values ​​are rejected without prior evaluation.
6. Studies submitted for publication are evaluated with a double-blind referee system. In case of need, the editorial board may decide on additional referee evaluation.
7. Studies submitted for publication must not have been sent to another journal for publication. If at any stage of the evaluation process it is determined that the study has been sent to more than one journal, the study is returned to the author.
8. In the event that one or both of the referees states that "it can be published after corrections", the article sent to the journal for publication is sent to the article author for necessary corrections. After the correction is made, whether the warnings of the referees are taken into account or not is made by the referee or the Editorial Board.
9. The copyright of the articles published in the journal is deemed to have been transferred to the JSWR journal. Language, style, content, etc. of the writings. All legal and legal responsibilities in this respect belong to the author.
10. The article is sent to the journal from the "Submit an article" menu by filling out the necessary forms from the https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/jswrpub address in the Dergipark system. Studies sent to the editors, editorial board and journal's dialog box are not evaluated.
11. All publication rights of the studies submitted to the journal and deemed suitable for publication belong to the Journal of International Social Work Research (JSWR). In case of citations from published works, the source should be cited.


Writing Principles
1. Article studies to be sent to the journal, 7.000-10000; Book reviews should be between 1500-3000 words. Studies prepared outside these limits are evaluated by the editorial board.
2. Abstracts prepared in English and Turkish should be between 120-200 words separately.
3. The appropriate format on the page of the journal should be used in the prepared articles. Information such as font type and page size used in the article are detailed in the relevant format. Click to access the article format
4. In the articles sent to the journal, the author information should be deleted in the first submission.
5. Authors should use APA 6 as the bibliography format. Detailed information on the APA 6 format is at the end of the template file.
