Scope: We accept submissions in the fields of language, religion, history, literature, art, and education related to the civilization, culture, and heritage of the Turkic World.
History: “JTCS published its first issues in 2004 and 2006 (two issues). Following a temporary hiatus in publication, the journal resumed regular publication with two issues per year as of 2022. Between 2022 and 2025, the journal operated under the Center for Research and Application of Turkish Civilization at the Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University; as of 2026, it has been transferred to the Scientific Journals and Publications Coordination Office.
