Abstract
Toplumsal cinsiyet kişilerin sosyal ve örgütsel davranışlarını etkileyen bir unsurdur. Örgütsel açıdan diğer önemli bir kavram da çalışanların performansını etkileyen, motivasyonunu artıran adalettir. Toplumsal cinsiyete dayalı olarak kadın ve erkeklerin “dağıtımsal”, “prosedürel” ve “etkileşimsel” adalet algıları farklılık göstermektedir. Bu sebeple adalet algılarını güçlendirmek için oluşturulması gereken etik uygulamalar da farklılaşmaktadır. 562 öğretim üyesi üzerinde gerçekleştirilen bu araştırma sonucunda kadınlarda adalet algılarını güçlendirecek etik ortam oluşturulmasının daha güç olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları yükseköğretim sektörü dışındaki diğer sektörlere ışık tutmakta, yöneticilere yol gösteren öneriler ortaya koymaktadır
