Productive Comparative Angst: Comparative Literature in the Age of Multiculturalism

Year 2019, Issue: 7, 49 - 60, 31.08.2019

Abstract

The
following is Turkish translation of Linda Hutcheon’s article "Productive
Comparative Angst: Comparative Literature in the Age of Multiculturalism".
Through the article Hutcheon describes the problems that the comparative
literature faces as a discipline, as they are described in ACLA's Bernheimer
report. Although the article and the report is written in 1990s, the relevance
of the subject is still valid. I believe The Turkish translation will contribute
to the advancement of the field in Turkey.

Üretken Karşılaştırmalı Kaygı: Çokkültürlülük Çağında Karşılaştırmalı Edebiyat

Year 2019, Issue: 7, 49 - 60, 31.08.2019

Abstract

Çevirmenin Notu: Linda Hutcheon tarafından yayınlanan bu
makale 1993 tarihli Charles Bernheimer’in başkanlığında Amerikan Karşılaştırmalı
