GREEN MANAGEMENT AND GREEN TECHNOLOGY IN ORGANIZATIONS: A BIBLIOMETRIC RESEARCH

Abstract

Green approaches, whose importance is constantly increasing for organizations and society, can be evaluated within the framework of management and technological developments. It is aimed to reveal the results regarding the intensity of green management and green technology studies in organizations, keywords emphasized by the authors, relationship strength of the words, trending times, and thematic maps. This study aims to evaluate green management and green technology research in organizations with the help of literature. The research consisted of green management and green technology research in the organizations included in the WoS database. A bibliometric analysis method was applied. The scope of the research consisted of 341 studies. The keywords most emphasized by the authors in the research are sustainability, innovation, supply chain management, sustainable development, management, environmental management, greening, green, information management, supply chain, performance, environmental, industry, corporate social responsibility, green production, sustainable, technology, and environmental sustainability concepts.

Abstract

Organizasyonlar ve toplum için önemi sürekli artan yeşil yaklaşımlar, yönetim ve teknolojik gelişmeler çerçevesinde değerlendirilebilir. Araştırmada organizasyonlarda yeşil yönetim ve yeşil teknoloji çalışmalarının yoğunluğu, yazarların vurguladığı anahtar kelimeler, kelimelerin ilişki gücü, trend olma zamanları ve tematik haritalarına ilişkin sonuçların ortaya koyulması hedeflenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı organizasyonlarda yeşil yönetim ve yeşil teknoloji araştırmalarını literatür yardımı ile değerlendirmektir. Araştırma Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanında yer alan organizasyonlarda yeşil yönetim ve yeşil teknoloji araştırmalarından oluşmuştur. Araştırmada bibliyometrik analiz yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırmanın kapsamını 341 çalışma oluşturmuştur. Araştırmalarda yazarların en fazla vurguladığı anahtar kelimeler içerisinde; sürdürülebilirlik, yenilik, tedarik zinciri yönetimi, sürdürülebilir kalkınma, yönetim, çevre yönetimi, yeşillendirme, yeşil, bilgi yönetimi, tedarik zinciri, performans, çevresel, endüstri, kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk, yeşil üretim, sürdürülebilir, teknoloji ve çevresel sürdürülebilirlik kavramları yer almıştır.
