HİZMETKAR LİDERLİK ALGISININ LİDER-ÜYE ETKİLEŞİMİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: KAMU SEKTÖRÜ ÇALIŞANLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada çalışanların lider-üye etkileşimi (LMX) algısı ile hizmetkar liderlik
algısı arasındaki birlikte değişim ve nedensel 
ilişki incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı, kamu sektöründeki
izleyicilerin hizmetkar liderlik algısı ile LMX arasında öngörülen ilişkileri
test ederek ilgili alanyazındaki boşluğu doldurmaktır. Çalışmanın temel
araştırma sorusu, çalışanların hizmetkar liderlik algısı lider-üye
etkileşiminin istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir yordayıcısı mıdır? şeklindedir.
Araştırmanın örneklemini 2016 yılı Şubat-Mart ayları arasında kolayda örnekleme
yöntemi ile ulaşılan yönetici olmayan 200 kamu çalışanı oluşturmaktadır.
Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır.
Araştırmadan elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
Araştırma bulguları göstermektedir ki, lider-üye etkileşimi ve hizmetkar
liderlik algısı arasında pozitif ve istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki
vardır.  Dahası hizmetkar liderliğin alt
boyutlarından güçlendirme, hesap verebilirlik ve tevazu alt boyutları lider-üye
etkileşiminin istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif yordayıcılarıdır.
Araştırma sonucunda yönetici ve uygulayıcılar için çeşitli öneriler
sunulmuştur.
