MOBİL UYGULAMA KULLANIMININ BENİMSENMESİ: TEKNOLOJİ KABUL MODELİ İLE BİR ÇALIŞMA

Year 2019, Volume: 10 Issue: 19, 22 - 51, 30.06.2019

Abstract

Mobil uygulamalar, teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte yaklaşık 20
yıldır toplumların ve bireylerin vazgeçilmezi haline gelmiştir. Mobil
uygulamalar; iletişim, eğitim, eğlence, alışveriş, seyahat, sağlık gibi birçok
farklı alanda hizmet vermektedirler. Bu araştırmanın amacı mobil uygulamalara
yönelik algılanan faydayı ve algılanan kullanım kolaylığını incelemek ve mobil
uygulama kullanımına yönelik tutum, niyet ve gerçekleşen kullanım arasındaki
ilişkileri tespit etmektir. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda mobil uygulama
kullanımının benimsenmesinin arkasında yatan nedenler tespit edilmeye
çalışılmıştır. Örneklem seçiminde kolayda örnekleme yöntemi uygulanmıştır.  1000 adet veriye ulaşılmış ve analiz için
yapısal eşitlik modellemesi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda,  kolay kullanıma sahip uygulamaların
kullanıcıların seçiminde büyük bir etki yarattığı anlaşılmıştır. Kullanıcılar
çoğunlukla kolay anlaşılır, hantal olmayan ve kolaylıkla fayda
sağlayabilecekleri uygulamaları seçmektedirler. Ayrıca mobil uygulamalara karşı
güven hisseden kullanıcıların çevrelerindeki insanlara tavsiye edebileceği,
gerek sosyal hayatlarında gerekse işlerinde mobil uygulama kullanımını
yaygınlaştıracakları anlaşılmıştır.
