SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİRLİK DÖNÜŞÜMÜNDE EKO-İNOVASYON VE EKO-İNOVASYON KARARLARINI TETİKLEYEN İŞLETME İÇİ DİNAMİKLER

Year 2023, Volume: 14 Issue: 28, 709 - 733, 29.12.2023

Abstract

ECO-INNOVATION IN SUSTAINABILITY TRANSFORMATION AND INTERNAL COMPANY DYNAMICS TRIGGERING ECO-INNOVATION DECISIONS

Year 2023, Volume: 14 Issue: 28, 709 - 733, 29.12.2023
https://doi.org/10.36543/kauiibfd.2023.029

Abstract

Compared to the studies on the effect of external dynamics in the literature, there is still uncertainty about the internal company dynamics that trigger eco-innovation. This research, which is carried out to eliminate this uncertainty, aims to identify and explain the internal company dynamics that reveal eco-innovation decisions. The qualitative research method was preferred to realize the research purpose and to answer the question of what are the internal company dynamics that stimulate eco-innovation decisions. According to the research findings carried out within the scope of the systematic literature review, eco-innovation diffusion depends primarily on its strategic approach and its support with R&D and human resources. Research outputs are significant in creating appropriate internal conditions for eco-innovation decisions, disseminating, and raising awareness thus increasing the performance of enterprises in sustainability management.
