Factors that Affect School Management Demands of Female Teachers Working in High School According to The Teachers and Managers

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to clarify factors that affect taking part in administration level of female teachers working in high school and reasons. Including 133 female and 207 male, 340 teachers and school managers constitute the sample of research. Personal information form, and Women’s School Management Lead ‘scale were used to data collection. T-test, one way variance analayzing method, mean and Standard deviation have been used in analyzing data. In result of study, female teachers with demographic variables between the different demands of the participants were determined to be significantly affect the school management relations at different levels.
