Abstract
The main purpose of the study is to determine the views of supervisor teachers on the training of supervisors and the training process of prospective teachers. The study group of the research consists of a total of 134 teachers including 40 branch teachers and 94 branch teachers in the primary and secondary schools in the province of Batman in 2015-2016 academic year. The data collection tool is the survey of “The Training Process of Supervisors” with 28 items developed by Koç (2016) and semi-structured interview form. In analyzing the data, frequency, percentage, mean and chi-square are used. Also in the study, qualitative data obtained from interview forms will be subjected to descriptive and content analysis. According to the supervisor teachers, the training of prospective-teacher is based on the master-apprentice relationship, as a result of this relationship, various experiences are shared. Furthermore, this training may create test anxiety in prospective-teachers, give a great responsibility to the supervisor teachers about filling out certain forms and adversely affect the teaching-learning process in the classroom. Some proposals will be made from the results obtained from the study.
