Kaynaklı Üretimde Kalite Yönetimi Ve FMEA Yöntemi İle Hata Analizi; İnşaat Makinaları Üretiminde Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Günümüz rekabetçi üretim sektöründe kalite yönetimi ve hata analiz teknikleri, sürdürülebilir başarı için kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışma, iş ve inşaat makineleri üreten bir firmada kaynaklı imalat süreçlerine Hata Türü ve Etkileri Analizi (FMEA) yönteminin uygulanmasını ele almaktadır. Kaynaklı üretimde oluşabilecek hatalar belirlenmiş, bu hataların olasılık, şiddet ve tespit edilebilirlik değerleri kullanılarak Risk Öncelik Sayısı hesaplanmıştır. Analiz sonucunda en kritik hata türleri tespit edilerek önleyici ve düzeltici tedbirler önerilmiştir. Bulgular, insan faktörüne bağlı hataların önemli olduğunu, süreç iyileştirmeleri ve eğitimle bu hataların azaltılabileceğini göstermektedir.

Quality Management In Welded Manufacturing And Failure Analysis With The FMEA Method: An Application İn Construction Machinery Manufacturing

Abstract

In today’s competitive manufacturing industry, quality management and failure analysis techniques are critical to achieving sustainable success. This study examines the application of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method to welded manufacturing processes in a company producing construction and industrial machinery. Potential failures in welded production were identified, and Risk Priority Numbers were calculated using occurrence, severity, and detectability values. As a result of the analysis, the most critical failure modes were identified and preventive and corrective actions were proposed. The findings indicate that human-related errors are significant; however, these errors can be reduced through process improvements and employee training.
