AVM ATMOSFERİ UNSURLARININ ALIŞVERİŞ DEĞERİ VE TÜKETİCİLERİN ALIŞVERİŞ DAVRANIŞ BİÇİMLERİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: ALIŞVERİŞ DEĞERİNİN ARACI ROLÜNÜN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, AVM atmosferi unsurlarının, hazcı ve
faydacı alışveriş değerleri üzerindeki etkisi ile alışveriş davranış
biçimlerinden plansız zaman geçirme, plansız alışveriş yapma ve müşteri olma
niyetleri üzerindeki etkisi, çoklu regresyon analizi ile incelenmeye
çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca, AVM atmosferinin alışveriş davranış biçimleri üzerindeki
etkisinde hazcı ve faydacı alışveriş değerlerinin aracı rolü hiyerarşik
regresyon analizi ile araştırılmıştır. Çalışma, online anket aracılığıyla ve
kolayda örnekleme ile 330 katılımcı üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri
analizinde SPSS 24 ve AMOS 21 programı kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarında AVM
atmosferi unsurlarından dizayn, sosyal ve ambiyans faktörlerinin hazcı değer
üzerinde pozitif, dizayn faktörünün faydacı değer üzerinde negatif, yerleşim ve
sosyal faktörlerin ise pozitif etkiye sahip olduğu, dizayn ve ambiyans faktörlerinin
plansız zaman geçirme üzerinde pozitif, sosyal ve ambiyans faktörlerinin
plansız alışveriş yapma ve müşteri olma niyeti üzerinde pozitif etkiye sahip
olduğu, sosyal faktörlerin plansız alışveriş yapma, ambiyans faktörlerinin ise
müşteri olma niyetinde daha fazla etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Aracı etkiler
değerlendirildiğinde, AVM atmosferinin plansız zaman geçirme ve müşteri olma
niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde hazcı değerin kısmi aracı etkiye, plansız alışveriş
yapma üzerindeki etkisinde ise tam aracı etkiye sahip olduğu, faydacı değerin
ise sadece AVM atmosferinin müşteri olma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinde kısmi
aracı etkiye sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
