ÇALIŞANLARDAKİ MÜKEMMELİYETÇİLİK ALGISININ ÖZGÜVENE VE KENDİNİ SABOTAJA ETKİSİNDE PSİKOLOJİK DAYANIKLILIĞIN ARACI ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu araştırmada sağlık çalışanlarının mükemmeliyetçilik algılarının özgüvenlerine ve kendini sabotaj etmelerine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ayrıca bu etkide psikolojik dayanıklılığın aracılık rolü incelenmiştir.
Araştırma Konya ilinde rastgele örneklem seçilerek farklı dallardan 590 sağlık çalışanı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sağlık çalışanlarının mükemmeliyetçilik algılarına yönelik veriler, Olumlu Olumsuz Mükemmeliyetçilik Ölçeğinden (Rice ve Preusser, 2002), özgüvene ilişkin veriler Özgüven Ölçeğinden (Akın, 2007), kendini sabotaja yönelik veriler Kendini Sabotaj Ölçeğinden (Akın, 2012), psikolojik dayanıklılık ile ilgili verilere de Psikolojik dayanıklılık Ölçeğinden (Friborg vd., 2005) yararlanılarak elde edilmiştir.
Araştırmada LISREL 8.0 programı kullanılarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılarak ölçeklerin geçerliliği araştırılmıştır. Ölçek boyutları ve ölçekler arası ilişkiyi incelemek için korelasyon analizi ve Lisrel ile yapısal eşitlik modeliyle yol analizi (path) yapılarak hipotezler test edilmiştir.
Araştırmanın sonucunda sağlık çalışanlarının mükemmeliyetçilik algıları ile özgüvenleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilirken, mükemmeliyetçilik ile psikolojik dayanıklılık arasında bir ilişkiye rastlanılmamıştır. Ayrıca psikolojik dayanıklılık ile kendini sabotaj arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki tespit edilirken, özgüvenle arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Psikolojik dayanıklılığın mükemmeliyetçilik ile kendini sabotaj arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolü tespit edilirken, özgüven ile arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolü tespit edilememiştir.
