Abstract

Tükenme, insanlarla yoğun iletişim gerektiren meslek gruplarında çalışanlarda görülen bir meslek hastalığıdır. Yapılan işten kaynaklanan stresle başa çıkamama sonucunda ortaya çıkan fiziksel ve duygusal bir olgu olan tükenmenin, duyarsızlaşma, duygusal tükenmişlik ve azalan kişisel başarı olmak üzere üç boyutu bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma Niğde İlinde Milli Eğitim ve Sağlık çalışanlarında tükenmişliğin boyutunu ve nedenlerini araştırmayı amaçlamıştır. Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılarak hazırlanan anketin uygulanması sonucunda elde edilen bulguların analizinden, çalışanlarda tükenmenin üç boyutu arasında ilişki bulunduğu ortaya çıkmıştır
