Türk Dünyası Gençleri için Kültürel Değişim, Gelişim ve Hareketlilik Ortamı: KTMÜ Örneği

Abstract

Yabancı ülkelere eğitim amaçlı yapılan ziyaretlerin sayısı her geçen gün artmaktadır. Bu tür hareketlilik gençlerin sadece mesleki yönden gelişmesine
değil, aynı zamanda kültürel değişimlere de yol açmaktadır. Günümüzde birçok ülke uluslararası öğrencilerin ekonomik, sosyo-kültürel katkılarının farkına
varmış ve uluslararası öğrencileri kendi ülkelerinin yükseköğretim kurumlarına çekebilmek için yoğun bir rekabet içine girmişlerdir. Literatürde bu pazardan
önemli pay alan ülkeler örneğinde yapılan çalışmaların yoğun olduğu görülmektedir. Ancak, Kırgızistan örneğinde yapılan çalışmalara rastlanmamıştır. Bu
çalışma Türk dünyasından ve diğer ülkelerden gelen yabancı öğrenciler açısından bir kültürel değişim ve gelişim ortamı olarak Kırgızistan’ın ve KırgızistanTürkiye
Manas Üniversitesi’nin (KTMÜ) cazibe düzeyini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. KTMÜ’de kayıtlı öğrencilerin (5586), %15’ni yabancı uyruklu
öğrenciler (839) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veriler anket formu kullanılarak, 226 öğrenci ile yüz yüze görüşülerek elde edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularının
ilgili devlet kurumları ve yüksek öğretim kurumları için pazarlama startejilerinin geliştirilmesinde önemli ipuçları vereceği düşünülmektedir.
