The author or the funding organization may upload a copy of the author's accepted article to the archive sites. The Konya Art Journal author license allows reuse with reference to the source of the article (with a full citation) for non-commercial use only. Permission from the Authors is required for commercial use.
Konya Art Journal undertakes to keep all its articles open access under the CC-BY-NC Creative Commons license and to store the full text content on archive platforms and on the Dergipark website.

The publisher of Konya Art Journal (e-ISSN: 2667-789X) is pleased to announce the archive policy in accordance with the policy of supporting the dissemination of research results.
* Konya Art Journal allows authors to use the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for self-archiving of an article (author's personal website) and/or archiving in a corporate pool after publication.
* Authors can self-archive their articles in public and/or commercial subject-based archives. There is no embargo period, but the published source must be specified and a link to the journal homepage or the DOI of the articles must be set.
* Authors can download the output of the article as a PDF document. Authors may send copies of the article to their colleagues without any embargo.
* Konya Art Journal allows all versions of the articles (Submitted version, accepted version, published version) to be stored in a corporate or other archive preferred by the author without embargo.
* Konya Art Journal uses the LOCKSS system to allow the creation of permanent archives. Based at Stanford University Libraries, the LOCKSS Program provides libraries and publishers with award-winning, low-cost, open-source digital preservation tools to ensure access to persistent and authoritative digital content. The LOCKSS Program is a library-led digital protection system based on the principle of ”ensuring the security of a large number of copies". The LOCKSS Program develops and supports libraries using open-source end-to-end digital protection software.

All expenses of Konya Art Journal are covered by Necmettin Erbakan University. Article publication and execution of article processes in the journal are not subject to fees. There is no processing fee or submission fee for articles submitted to the journal or accepted for publication under any name. Konya Art Journal also does not accept sponsorship and advertising in accordance with its publishing policies.
