Publication Policy
KONYA Art Journal is a scientific, academic and peer-reviewed journal and is the publication of the Faculty of Fine Arts of Necmettin Erbakan University.
KONYA, art journal, art, culture, fine arts, applied arts, art education, traditional Turkish arts, interior architecture and environmental design, architecture, interior design, environmental design, graphics, sculpture, music, painting, performing arts, art history, archaeology Data, Cultural Heritage Protection and repair, ceramic, film and TV, communication arts, textile and fashion design including, directly or indirectly, all the art and covers the workspace in the relationship. However, research based on original approaches, methods, experiences and analysis related to culture and art is published.
KONYA Art Journal's publication language is Turkish and is published as an e-journal once a year, in December of each year.
Articles submitted to the journal must not have been previously published in another publication or must be evaluated for publication. All responsibility for published articles belongs to the author/authors. In order for translated articles to be evaluated, it is necessary to send their originals and permission letters from the article owner (the original author or the publisher who owns the rights).
Articles may be published if they are deemed appropriate by the members of the Editorial Board, provided that they have previously been presented in the form of papers at a Congress, symposium or meeting or have been accepted as a master's/doctoral dissertation. All responsibility in this matter belongs to the authors/authors.
Research that needs to be published in Konya art journal should have scientific, original and contributing properties to the field. Authors should forward their articles to our journal using the Journal parking system.
Evaluation Of Articles
Articles submitted to KONYA Art Journal are first examined by the editor in terms of compliance with the principles and writing rules of the journal. Articles deemed appropriate are forwarded to the editorial board. The editorial board is submitted to the opinions of 2 (two) referees who are experts on the subject for evaluation. A policy of double-blind arbitration is applied in the appointment of an arbitrator. Articles requested for correction by referees are sent back to their author for necessary changes. It is the responsibility of the author to deliver the corrected text to the journal within the specified period of time. The corrected text is reviewed again by referees who wish to see changes if necessary. The editorial board decides whether the article will be published according to the incoming referee reports. If the editorial board deems it necessary, it may apply for the opinion of a third arbitrator. Articles decided to be published by the editorial board are accepted by the editor in the order of publication.
During the preliminary examination, the article, which is found to not comply with the writing rules, principles, purpose and scope of KONYA art journal, is not started and returned to the author.
All articles sent to the Journal are scanned through software that can scan similarities.

PLAGIARISM POLICY
Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture KONYA Art Journal works submitted for publication as of 01.01.2020 through plagiarism programs (Turnitin, Ithenticate, etc.) began to check. The author should also send the document showing the rate of plagiarism along with the study. Studies with a plagiarism rate (excluding bibliography) above 15% are not evaluated and returned to their author. If a study published in the journal is found to be plagiarism, the editorial board reserves the right to take various actions, including withdrawing the article and notifying the head of the Department, Dean and/or relevant institutions in the institution where the author works.
