Field Editors
Prof. Dr. Kemal Baytemir received his bachelor’s (2003), master’s (2006), and doctoral (2014) degrees in Psychological Counseling and Guidance from Gazi University. Having attained the title of Associate Professor in 2019, Baytemir served within the Ministry of National Education between 2003 and 2012, and has been continuing his academic career since 2012.
His research and practice interests include attachment theory, interpersonal competence, happiness, parent-child relationships, exam anxiety, person-centered therapy, cognitive therapy, filial therapy, and play therapy. He has managed individual and group counseling processes in public schools, private institutions, and universities, and has organized numerous training programs and conferences for parents and professionals.
Baytemir has published numerous articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals, served as the translation editör of the book “Prescriptive Play Therapy," and authored chapters in foundational textbooks in the field. He continues his academic research and supervision activities at Gazi University, integrating theoretical and practical expertise.
Muhittin Çalışkan, PhD, is a Professor for Ankara Music and Fine Arts University, Faculty of Music and Fine Arts Education, Department of Educational Sciences. His research interests and expertise include academic achievement, instructional and learning strategies, executive cognition, affective factors in learning and recently philosophy with children.
