Abstract

Genelde, yeraltı madencilik yöntemlerinin tasarımı ve seçimi birçok faktöre bağ­
lıdır ve bu faktörlerin etkisi coğrafya, jeolojik yapı, mevcut teknoloji ve işgücü, ekonomik
durum ve pazar koşullarıyla değişir.
Kalın kömür damarlarında üretim yöntemi tasarımında problemin teknik yönü
sadece çalışmalar sırasında ortaya çıkan güçlükleri ortadan kaldırmak, aynı zamanda
üretimin artışını sağlayarak kömür kaybını azaltmaktır. Bu ise arazi verilerinin ve
uygulanacak sistemin tekno-ekonomik yönünün iyi değerlendirilmesine, dolayısıyla,
uygun sistemin ve gerektirdiği ekipmanların seçimine bağlıdır. Bu bildiri, kalın kö­
mür damarlarında uygulanacak madencilik sistemlerinin planlama ve tasarımı süresinde
gözönünde bulundurulması gereken parametreleri ve uygulanabilir yöntemleri
özetler.

A Review of General Principles of Underground Mine Design in Reference To Thick Coal Seams

Abstract

In general, the criteria governing the design and selection of an underground
mining system relate to several factors the role of which varies with geography,
geology, technology, experienced labour, economic and market conditions.
In thick seam mining, the technical side of the problem is not only to deal with
the difficulties encountered but also to prevent the coal losses by increasing the
recovery rate. This requires a careful evaluation of field data and techno-economics
which results in the selection of mining method with the suitable equipment. The
paper reviews the parameters to be taken into account during the planning and
design stages together with the brief outlines of applicable mining methods in thick
coal seams.
