Kariyer Gelişiminde Yeni Yaklaşımlar:Planlanmış Şans Kuramı ve Kariyer Yapılandırma Kuramı

Abstract

Türkiye’de çalışmakta olan kariyer danışmanlarının ve okul psikolojik danışmanlarının, bireyleri 21. yüzyılın gereklerine hazırlamaları ve 4. Sanayi Devrimi’nin getirdikleri dezavantajlarla sağlıklı bir şekilde başa çıkabilmelerine yardımcı olabilmeleri önemlidir. Bunun için danışanlarına rehberlik ve psikolojik danışma hizmetleri sunmada Planlanmış Şans Kuramı ve Kariyer Yapılandırma Kuramı’nı tanımalarının ve bu kuramların kariyer danışma süreçleri ile ilgili bilgi edinmelerinin önemli olacağı düşünülmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışma kapsamında, PSK ve KYK ile ilgili açıklamalar ve bu yöntemin psikolojik danışmanlar tarafından anlaşılmasını desteklemek için vaka çalışmaları sunulmaktadır.
