ÇOCUKLARDA MİZAÇ ÖLÇEĞİ’NİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ: GÜVENİRLİK VE GEÇERLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, okulöncesi dönem (3-6 yaş) çocukların mizaç özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektedir. Araştırmacılar okulöncesi dönem çocukları gözlemlemiş, mizacın üç boyutu temel alınarak Türk kültürünü yansıtan maddeler yazılmıştır. 68 maddeden oluşan havuz oluşturularak bu maddeler alanda uzman kişilerin görüşüne sunulmuştur. Uzmanlardan gelen dönütler doğrultusunda maddeler yeniden düzenlenip, ölçme ve değerlendirme uzmanının görüşü alınmıştır. Son hali verilen 62 maddeden oluşan ölçme aracının yapısını ortaya koyabilmek için, Ankara ilinde MEB’e bağlı anaokulu ve ana sınıflarında öğrenim gören çocukların gönüllü ana babalarına ulaşılmıştır. Ana babaların 267’si kadın, 166’sı erkek toplam 433 kişidir. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonunda ölçeğin tepkisellik, çekingenlik ve olumluluk olmak üzere üç alt boyutu olan toplam 25 maddeden oluşan bir ölçme aracı olduğu görülmüştür. Elde edilen bu formun doğruluğunu belirlemek için farklı bir gruptan veri toplanmıştır. Bu grup Ankara ilinde MEB’e bağlı anaokulu ve ana sınıflarında öğrenim gören çocukların gönüllü 471 ana babasından oluşmaktadır. Ana babaların 294’ü kadın 177’si erkektir. Bu analiz sonunda elde edilen bulgular yapının doğrulandığını göstermektedir (χ²=717.76, sd=272, χ²/sd=2.6, RMSEA=0.05, SRMR=0.06, GFI=0.90, AGFI=0.88, CFI=0.91, NFI=0.88, NNFI=0.90). Sonuç olarak, okulöncesi dönemdeki çocukların mizaç özelliklerini belirlemeye yönelik Türk kültürünü yansıtan güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçme aracı elde edilmiştir.
