ÖĞRETMENLERİN DEVAMSIZLIK NEDENLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Year 2020, Issue: 56, 1 - 22, 25.10.2020
https://doi.org/10.21764/maeuefd.651764

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın problemini “Öğretmenlerin devamsızlık nedenlerine ilişkin algıları nasıldır?” sorusu oluşturmaktadır. Ayrıca, araştırmada öğretmenlerin devamsızlık nedenlerinin cinsiyete, medeni duruma, kıdeme, görev yaptıkları öğretim kademesine ve ailesinin aylık gelir düzeyine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ortaya koymak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaçla, araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden nedensel karşılaştırma araştırma modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Burdur il merkezinde görev yapan öğretmenler arasından kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemiyle çalışma grubu oluşturulmuştur. Yapılan analizlere göre, öğretmenlerin devamsızlık nedenleri cinsiyet, medeni durum, kıdem, öğretim kademesi ve ailenin aylık gelir düzeyi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir. Ayrıca, öğretmenlerin devamsızlık nedenlerine ilişkin algı düzeyleri içsel boyutunda, dışsal boyutunda ve ölçeğin genelinde orta düzeydedir.
