The volume of the article should not exceed 8,000 words.
Each article must contain at least 150, at most 250-word abstracts and at most 5-word key concepts/keywords.
The text font should be Times New Roman and its size should be 12 points, and footnotes should be 10 points.
The articles submitted for publication are passed through the stages of PRE-CHECK, PLAGIARISM SCREENING, PEER REVIEW and TURKISH-ENGLISH LANGUAGE CONTROL. Although it has been examined three times during the Pre-Check stage, the work that cannot go through this process is returned to the author and is not processed again during the same publication period. Studies that have passed the Preliminary Control stage are taken into the evaluation process in which at least two referees are involved within the framework of the principle of double-sided blind arbitration.
We treat all submitted articles as confidential until they are published and they will only be shared with those referees, Board members, Editors and CUID staff who are directly involved in the peer review of the article.
Marifetname requires writers to use the Isnad Citation Style.

Articles prepared for publication in the journal should be written in the Microsoft Office Word program with a Page size of: 17x24 and in the “Times New Roman” writing style, “12-point” and “Single” lines spaced apart. The margins of the text are 2.5 cm from the top., 2.5 cm from the bottom., 2.5 cm from the left, 2.5 cm from the right. and the skin margin is 0 cm.; paragraph intervals should be set to the front 6 december. The footnotes are in the same format, “10 points”; “one” line is spaced and the first line is “hanging- 0.5 cm. it should be set to ".
Traditional Arabic fonts should be used in Arabic and Persian texts.
The publication processes implemented in Marifetname are the basis for the development and distribution of information in an impartial and reputable manner. The processes implemented in this direction are directly reflected in the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support the authors. Peer-reviewed studies are studies that embody and support the scientific method. At this point, it is important that all stakeholders of the process (authors, readers and researchers, publishers, referees and editors) comply with the standards for ethical principles. It is expected that all stakeholders will bear the following ethical responsibilities within the scope of the publication ethics of the ingenuity.
The following ethical duties and responsibilities have been prepared taking into account the guidelines and policies published by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) as open access (Bk. (See COPE Directive in Turkish).
The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is a necessary fundamental building block in the development of a harmonious and respected information network. This is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and their institutes that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and shape scientific methods. Therefore, it is important for all parties involved in publishing, the author, the magazine editor, the referee and the publishing organizations to reach an agreement on the standards of expected ethical behavior:
1. Writing
* The bibliography list should be complete.
* Plagiarism and fake data should not be included.
• Publication of the same research in more than one journal should not be attempted, science should comply with research and publication ethics.
Actions that are contrary to the ethics of scientific research and publication include:
a) Plagiarism: Presenting other people's ideas, methods, data, practices, writings, shapes or works to their owners partially or completely as if they were their own work without attribution in accordance with scientific rules,
b) Forgery: Producing data that is not based on research, editing or modifying the work presented or published on the basis of non-real data, reporting or publishing them, pretending to have done research that has not been done,
c) Distortion: to falsify records and Research data obtained in research unused methods, equipment and materials such as those used to show the research hypothesis, theory, or not relevant to the evaluation of assumptions that do not comply with the data to fit the data and/or results, play with the interests of individuals and organizations that received support in accordance with the results of the research to falsify or shape,
d) Re-publication: Presenting more than one work containing the same results of a research as separate works in associate professor exam evaluations and academic promotions,
e) Purpose: To present the results of a research as separate works in associate professor exam evaluations and academic promotions by dividing the research into parts in an inappropriate manner and making numerous publications without attribution to each other in a way that disrupts the integrity of the research,
f) Unfair writing: writers include among people without active contribution to the authors who contribute actively not included among the author's ranking in an inappropriate way and unjustified change in the next edition or release the names of those who contribute actively to work during the active contribution without using its influence to write in the name of,
g) Other types of ethical violations: by taking support of ongoing studies in the publication who support persons, institutions or organizations with clearly indicate their contributions to research, human and animal research ethical failure to comply with the rules publication not to respect the rights of the patient, as the referee was commissioned to examine a work before it is published to share with others the information in, or provided the resources allocated for scientific research, venues, facilities, and equipment use for other purposes, completely unfounded, making accusations of unwarranted and intentional violation of ethics (YÖK Scientific Research and Publication Ethics Directive, Article 8).
2. Author's Responsibilities
• All authors should contribute significantly to the research.
• All data in the article must be declared to be real and authentic.
• All authors are obliged to ensure the withdrawal and correction of errors.
3. Responsibilities of Referees
* Evaluations should be impartial.
* Referees should not be in conflict of interest with research, authors and/or research funders.
* Referees should indicate the relevant published but not referenced works.
* Checked articles should be kept confidential.
4. Editorial Responsibilities
* Editors have full responsibility and authority to accept or reject an article.
* Editors should not be in conflict of interest regarding articles that they accept or reject.
• Only articles that will contribute to the field should be accepted.
• Support the release or withdrawal of the fix when errors are found.
• Keep the referees' names confidential and prevent plagiarism/fake data.
The peer review process is central to the success of scientific publication. Protecting and improving the peer review process is part of our commitment, and Siirt theological journal has an obligation to help the scientific community in any case related to publishing ethics, especially in case of suspicious, duplicate publications or plagiarism cases.
When the reader notices a significant error or inaccuracy in an article published in Marifetname, or if he has any complaints about the editorial content (plagiarism, duplicate articles, etc.) when it is sisfdergisi@gmail.com and marifetnamedergisi@gmail.com he can file a complaint by emailing his address. We welcome complaints, we aim to return them quickly and constructively, as complaints will provide an opportunity for us to improve.
