Teacher Training in Germany

Abstract

The condition to increase qualification in the education system provides qualified teacher input to the system. Therefore, societies wanted to develop their teacher training system by comparing with teacher training systems of other countries. Therefore, approaches which are applied in the selection of teacher candidates who will be involved into tutorage occupation and the German tutorage training system which has a different feature either for the training system or for the tutorage training system. This study has a qualification of collection by this purpose and teacher training structure of Germany was introduced at first and then solution suggestions are developed by comparing teacher training programs of Turkey.
