A Study of Developing Scale

Abstract

The focus of the study is to construct a reliable and valid scale measuring the competitiveness attitude of the individuals. For the initial ilems, item analysis and factor analysis (basic components) studies are actualized. The scale is conceptualized as a unipolar scale and Cronbach alpha, inner consistency, Harst technique and test retest reliability studies are completed. Validity studies are held in five successive states and satisfactory results are attained.

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı bireylerin rekabetçilik anlayışını ölçmeye yönelik

bir Rekabetçi Tutum Ölçeği geliştirmek, güvenirlik ve geçerliliğini yapmaktır,

ölçeğin deneme formu oluşturulmuş, madde analizi ve faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Tek boyutlu bir ölçek olarak tasarlanan

maddeler için Cronbach alfa. iç tutarlılık Harst tekniği, test tekrar test değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Beş aşamalı geçerlilik çalışmasında tatminkar sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.
