Abstract

The information is becoming increasingly the key to national economic well being, effecting virtually every industry and service. The gap between the developed countries which have the information, can produce and process it, and the others will get bigger. In this paper, the fundamentals of the information society, a comprehension with industrial society, and its role by the development is studied, and the case Turkey is examined.
