Abstract

Özet:

Ticari faaliyete atılan tüm işletmelerin olduğu gibi
bankaların da hedefi, kaynaklarını en verimli şekilde
kullanarak maksimum kara ulaşmaktır. Bu amaçla rekabetçi
piyasa koşullarında kredi talebinde bulunan firmaları analiz
ederek, kararı mümkün olduğunca en kısa sürede vermeleri
gerekmektedir.
Çalışmanın amacı, kredi almak üzere bankaya başvuran
firmalardan hangilerine kredi verileceği hangilerine
verilmeyeceği kararının alınmasında banka yöneticilerine
destek sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla sektör notu ve firma notu
olmak üzere iki hesaplamadan yararlanılmış, yöntem olarak
ise AHY ve BAHY kullanılmıştır. Farklı şekillerde
oluşturulabilen BAHY, çalışmada Chang’in yöntemi
uygulanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca BAHY’de bulanık
sıralama yöntemlerinden Liou ve Wang ile Abdel-Kader ve
Dugdale yöntemleri de incelenmiş ve sonuçlar tartışılmıştır.

Abstract:

The goal of the banks is achieving maximum profit
by using their resources the most efficient way as all
businesses that embark on commercial activity. For this
purpose in competitive market condition they must give their
decisions as much as possible the shortest period of time by
analyzing the companies who demands credit.
The aim of the study is providing support to the bank manager
about making decision of giving credit to the companies which
are applied to the bank for receiving the credit or not giving.
For this purpose two different calculation methods such as
sector note and company note is applied, using AHP and
FAHP. In the study FAHP is conducted with Chang’s method
which can be formed in different ways. Additionally, for
FAHP fuzzy ranking methods such as Liou and Wang, Abdel-
Kader and Dugdale were examined and the results were
discussed.
