KKP SİSTEMİ ile ISO 9001 KYS ŞARTLARI NE ÖLÇÜDE KARŞILANABİLİR?

Abstract

İşletmelerin ana amacının
sürdürülebilirlik olduğu günümüz şartlarında KKP (Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması / Enterprise
Resource Management) ve KYS (Kalite Yönetim Sistemi / Quality Management
System) bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için kullanılabilen önemli araçlardır. İşletmeler
bu ve benzeri sistemleri kurmak için önemli maliyetlere katlanmakta ancak çoğu
zaman etkin kullanamayıp rafa kaldırabilmektedir. Çünkü bu sistemler hazır
alınıp işletmeye yerleştirilecek sistemler olmayıp işletmede bir dönüşüm
gerektirmektedir. Ancak işletmelerin her sistem için farklı bir dönüşüm
gerçekleştirmeleri önemli kaynak kayıplarına ve çalışanlarda motivasyon kaybına
yol açabilmektedir. Bu kapsamda sistemlerin ortak noktalarının ortaya konulması
ve birbirlerini tamamlayıcı şekilde işletme bünyesinde kurulması sistemlerin
kurulum ve kullanımları esnasında sorumlularına önemli kolaylıklar
sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmada, KKP sisteminin KYS şartlarını ne ölçüde
karşıladığının araştırılması hedeflenmektedir. Araştırma kapsamında öncelikle KYS,
arkasından KKP sistemi kurmuş bir işletmenin sistem dokümanları, KKP yazılım
modülleri ve kayıtları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca sistem sorumluları, sistem
danışmanları ve kullanıcıları ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. İki sistemin hangi noktalarda ayrıştığı ve hangi
noktalarda birbirini tamamladığına ilişkin veriler ortaya konulmuştur.
Çalışmanın alanda çalışan akademisyenlere, bu sistemlerin danışman ve
uygulayıcılarına fayda sağlanması hedeflenmektedir.
