POLİTİK DAVRANIŞ ve ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET ALGISI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Örgütsel davranış literatüründe politik davranışla ilgili araştırma ve incelemeler giderek artmaktadır. Yöneticiler örgütsel başarı ve örgütün uyum içinde yönetiminde sözkonusu kavramı daha fazla dikkate alma gereği duymaktadırlar. Örgüt üyelerinin adalete ilişkin algıları onların örgüt içinde davranışlarını büyük ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu bağlamda politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet kavramları çalışmada farklı boyutlarıyla ele alınarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet ilişkisini belirlemek üzere bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Anket, farklı sektörlerde farklı alanlarda faaliyette bulunan işletme çalışanlarına uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada politik davranışı belirlemek amacıyla faktör analizi yapılmış ve politik davranışın boyutları ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak politik davranış ve örgütsel adalet arasında negatif bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir.
