Abstract

In this paper, the educational process at school was reviewed considering interpersonal communication. At first it was underlined how interpersonal communication plays a role in face to face education at schools. İn addition, some ideas of general theory of interpersonal communication such as empathy, to-way communication, non-verbal communication and seating arrangements were discussed.
