Abstract

What makes the effective leader different from the ineffective leader in the global organizations. In any event, there are some managers who are successful at their overseas jobs and others who are not. The goals of this study are to investigate the nature of leadership and how can the firms develop global leader. The Central theme will be global leadership effectiveness.
