KURUMSAL EĞİTİM VE GELİŞTİRME SÜRECİNDE YENİ BİR YAKLAŞIM: ELEKTRONİK ÖĞRENME

Abstract

Günümüzün dinamik iş dünyasında işletmeler rekabetçi avantajlarını, insan kaynaklarını sürekli eğitmek ve geliştirmek yoluyla elde etmektedirler. Eğitim ve geliştirmede yeni bir yöntem olarak ortaya çıkan e-öğrenme, hem eğitim sürecinin etkinliğini hem de eğitilen kişi sayısını artırabilmektedir. Çalışmada eğitim tekniklerinin gelişimi, e- öğrenme felsefesi, uygulama aşamaları ve e-öğrenme uygulamalarının avantajları, şirketin öğrenme kültüründeki değişim gözönünde bulundurularak ele alınmaktadır. Özellikle e-öğrenme sürecinin hazırlık, strateji geliştirme, teknoloji ve içerik seçimi, çalışanların süreç hakkında bilgilendirilmesi ve sürecin uygulama ve değerlendirilme aşamaları detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. E-öğrenmenin iş sonuçları, çalışanlar ve eğitim fonksiyonuna etkileri de değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışmada ayrıca, Türkiye’de başarı ile gerçekleştirilen kapsamlı e-öğrenme çalışmaları da ele alınmaktadır. Sonuç olarak e-öğrenme stratejisini işletme stratejisi ile uyumlaştıran işletmelerin sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı elde edecekleri vurgulanmıştır.
