SATIŞ ELEMANLARININ ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIĞI VE ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN BELİRLENMESİNE YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Son yıllarda yönetim literatüründe üzerinde sıkça durulan örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık kavramları işletmelerin yönetiminde önem kazanmaktadır. Bu önem nedeniyle günümüzde örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık üzerine çok sayıda araştırma yapılmaktadır.Yapılan araştırmalar örgütlerin başarısı ve performansı üzerinde bu kavramların büyük ölçüde etkisi olduğunu ortaya koymuştur.Rekabetin . hızla arttığı günümüz pazarlarında işletmeler insan faktörünün değerini daha fazla anlamaya başlamışlardır. Bu nedenle yöneticiler, örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık kavramları üzerinde önemle durmuşlardır. Çalışmada önce örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık kavramları değişik boyutları ile ele alınmıştır. Sonra konu ile ilgili bir anket uygulamasıyla, satış elemanlarının örgütsel bağlılıkları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını belirlemek amacıyla faktör analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ayrıca satış elemanlarının örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak satış elemanlarının örgütsel bağlılığının örgütse vatandaşlıkları üzerinde olumlu etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir.
