Demirköprü Baraj Gölü’nde İlk Radix auricularia (Linnaeus, 1758) Kaydı ve Bazı Biyometrik Parametrelerinin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Demirköprü Baraj Gölü'ndeki (Manisa, Türkiye) tatlı su salyangozu Radix auricularia'nın (Linnaeus, 1758) bazı morfometrik özelliklerini belirlemektir. Ağırlık (W) (g), kabuk genişliği (SW) (mm), kabuk uzunluğu (SL) (mm), açıklık uzunluğu (AL) ve genişlik (AW) (mm) ölçümleri bireylerde (n=45) yapılmıştır. Morfolojik ilişkilerin belirlenmesi çok değişkenli istatistiksel değerlendirme ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. R. auricularia'nın KY, KG, AU, AG ve A ortalamaları sırasıyla 15,10±2,05 mm, 9,67±2,11 mm, 9,37±0,69 mm, 7,35±1,42 mm ve 0,64±0,41 g olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Temel bileşenler analizi (PCA), AG, KG ve A arasında güçlü bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir.

First Record of Radix auricularia (Linnaeus, 1758) in Demirköprü Dam Lake and Evaluation of Some Biometric Parameters

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine the some morphometric characteristics in freshwater snail Radix auricularia (Linnaeus, 1758) in Demirköprü Dam Lake (Manisa, Turkey). The measurement of weight (W) (g), shell width (SW) (mm), shell length (SL) (mm), aperture length (AL) and width (AW) (mm) were performed in individuals (n=30). Determination of morphological relationships was realized with a multivariate statistical evaluation. Mean of SL, SW, AL, AH, and W of R. auricularia were assessed as 15.10±2.05 mm, 9.67±2.11 mm, 9.37±0.69 mm, 7.35±1.42 mm, and 0.64±0.41 g respectively. Principal components analysis (PCA) indicated a strong relationship between SW, AW and W.
