Ebeveyne Bağlanma ve Sosyal Onay İhtiyacının Kişilerarası Yeterliği Yordayıcılığı

Abstract

Bu
çalışmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinde ebeveyne bağlanma ve sosyal onay
ihtiyacının kişilerarası yeterliğin yordayıcıları olarak araştırılmasıdır. Araştırma,
Orta Karadeniz'deki bir üniversitenin Eğitim Fakültesi’nde öğrenim gören 239
kız ve 82 erkek olmak üzere toplam 321 öğrenci üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Araştırmada Bilgi Formu, Kişilerarası Yeterlik Ölçeği, Sosyal Onay İhtiyacı
Ölçeği ve Ana-Baba ve Akran Bağlanması Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Verilerin
analizinde değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi için için Pearson
Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısı ve bağımsız değişkenlerin bağımlı
değişkenleri yordama gücünü belirlemek için Çoklu Regresyon Analizi
kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda tüm değişkenlerin hep birlikte kişilerarası
yeterliğin yüzde 20'sini açıkladığı bulunmuştur. Anneye ve babaya bağlanmanın
modele katkı sağladığı bununla birlikte babaya bağlanmanın anneye bağlanmaya
göre modele katkısının daha fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Sosyal onay ihtiyacının
alt boyutlarından sosyal geri çekilme modele bir katkı sağlamaz iken, diğer iki
alt boyut olan başkalarının yargılarına duyarlık ve olumlu izlenim bırakmanın modele
anlamlı olarak katkı sağladığı ortaya çıkmıştır.  Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar,
kişilerarası yeterlik, sosyal onay ihtiyacı ve ana babaya bağlanma ile ilgili
olarak başka araştırma ve uygulamalara da ışık tutacak şekilde tartışılmıştır
