Mersin Theology Journal is a refereed academic journal published electronically twice a year (March / September). Scientific studies in the field of theology such as research articles, compilation articles, and book reviews are published.
The submitted articles are first examined by the editor and the editorial board in terms of scientific expression and writing rules. Articles deemed appropriate are sent to two referees known for their scientific studies in the field and evaluated, and if deemed necessary, they are sent to a third referee.
Authors are responsible for making any necessary corrections requested by the referees. A double-blind refereeing system is applied during the evaluation process. The names of referees and authors are known only to the editorial board and kept confidential.
The journal editorial board decides which issue and in which order the articles that pass the referee evaluation process will be published.
There is no fee charged for articles sent to our journal in any way or process.
Mersin Theology Journal is a journal of Mersin University Faculty of Theology.
