Author Change: Only processed before the article is accepted. Authors should carefully review the list and order of authors before submitting their article and provide the final author list at the time of original submission.

Programme
Articles should preferably be written in or adapted to Microsoft Office Word (Word 97 or a more advanced version). Articles (excluding abstracts, footnotes, bibliography and appendices) should not exceed 7500 words, and book reviews, book reviews and short academic notes should not exceed 1500 words.

Page Layout
Articles should be prepared in A4 size in Microsoft Word. Margins should be 2.5 cm on all sides.

Abstract and Keywords
The submitted article should include both Turkish and English abstracts. Abstracts should not exceed 200 words. At least 3 and at most 5 keywords related to the article in Turkish and English should be included.

Format
Preferably Times New Roman font should be used in 10 pt. font in the text, and the same font should be used in 8 pt. font in footnotes and bibliography. 1.2 line spacing should be used for the text and single line spacing should be used for footnotes and references.
The first letters of the words in all headings and subheadings, including the title of the article, should be written in bold with the others in lower case.

Citation Style
• Articles should be prepared according to the ISNAD citation system.

• Footnotes should be shown at the bottom of the page. A bibliography should be added at the end of the article.

• For the same sources shown for the second time in footnotes; only the surname or famous name of the author, the short name of the work, volume and page number should be written.
• In the names of Arabic works, the initials of the first word and proper names should be capitalised, the others should be written in lower case. In the names of works in Persian, English, etc. and other foreign languages and in Ottoman Turkish, the initials of each word should be capitalised.
• Verses should be given in the order of sura name, sura no/verse no ( e.g., al-Baqara, 2/10). In hadith works, the hadith number, if any, should be indicated. Quotations from other sacred texts should be given by book/chapter name, chapter number: sentence number ( e.g. Genesis, 1:3).

Visual Information
In articles, numerical values, statistical information, maps and visual products that are not made for the article and have no original value should not be used as much as possible; if necessary, such statistical information should be expressed with numerical values in the text form instead of coloured columns.

Ethical Disclosures
• If the articles are derived from a thesis, project, or have been presented as a paper, this must be stated on the first page of the article.
• For multi-authored works, authors must submit a statement of contribution and a conflict of interest declaration during the article submission process. For works derived from postgraduate theses, the author with the highest contribution must be the student.
• During the article submission process, any support provided to the work by an institution, organisation, or fund must be stated. Furthermore, if there are individuals, institutions, or organisations to be thanked, the relevant information must be clearly stated in the article file.
• If artificial intelligence-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) were used during the article production process, the stages in which they were utilised must be clearly stated. This information must be provided during the article submission process. All responsibility regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence lies with the authors.

Ethics Committee Approval
Our journal requires that all studies in scientific fields requiring ethics committee approval have obtained the relevant ethics committee decision. In this context, information regarding ethics committee approval (committee name, date, and decision number) must be clearly stated in the article text.
In line with the regulations implemented by Ulakbim TR Index since 2020, studies without ethics committee approval are not considered for publication in our journal.

Studies Requiring Ethics Committee Approval
Studies requiring ethics committee approval in our journal include the following:
• All research conducted using qualitative or quantitative approaches involving data collection from participants through methods such as surveys, interviews, focus group studies, observation, and discussion techniques,
• Retrospective studies within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law.
For such studies to be considered for evaluation, the relevant ethical committee approvals must have been obtained and clearly stated in the article text.
