Abstract
reading in training which deals with reading in the framework of different met- hods. In this context, this Study will be important for the reason in our country at schools creative reading within the new burgeoning is given the scope of the curriculum by teachers, for being in a special place in the separation of skills tra- ining, for enabling people to manage the condition of being able to think holistic and students’ reading skills and perception, creativity, motivation. Every day the decline in the rate of reading because of technological advances, the need for creative reading school application is felt markedly. The research on reading shows the necessity of making the move towards increasing the literacy rate and the improvement of our training. The study is a qualitative study and the data were obtained by document analysis method. In this study; reading, creative re- ading, content of the creative reading, the place of creative reading in education is emphasized

Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı, okumayı farklı yöntemler ve yaratıcılık çerçevesinde ele alan yaratıcı okumanın, alandaki durumunun ve eğitimdeki yerinin ortaya konmasıdır. Bu çerçevede bu çalışma, ülkemizde henüz yeni yeni filizlenen yaratıcı okumanın okullar bünyesinde, müfredat kapsamında verilmesi, beceri eğitimleri içerisinde özel bir yer ayrılması; öğrencilerin okuma becerisi ve algıları, yaratıcılıkları, istekleri, bütüncül düşünebilmeleri gibi durumları yönetebilmelerinin sağlanması açısından önemli olacaktır. Okuma oranının teknolojik gelişmeler karşısında her geçen gün düşmesi, yaratıcı okuma uygulamalarına olan ihtiyacı belirgin bir şekilde hissettirmektedir. Okuma üzerine yapılan araştırmalar, eğitimimizde okuma oranının arttırılmasına ve geliştirilmesine yönelik hamlelerin yapılmasının gerekliliğini göstermektedir. Çalışma nitel bir çalışma olup veriler doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada; okuma, yaratıcı okuma, yaratıcı okumanın içeriği, yaratıcı okumanın eğitimdeki yeri üzerinde durulmuştur
