GOOD EXAMPLES FROM JAPAN EDUCATION SYSTEM TO TURKISH EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

Japan education system is one of the education systems which has been studied a lot on comparative education. Although lots of studies are done on education which is an important fundamental and certain dynamism on especially the Japan’s process, the number of searches on especially Japan education and school system are quite inadequate. On this study, samples practices in education and school system and from historical development of Japan education system are taken place and the feasibilities are discussed aspects of Turkish education system. This study has been prepared by literature research and by benefiting from studies, observations made and experiences had on the invitation program made by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Japan 2005 that the writer attended to make researches on Japan education and culture

JAPON EĞİTİM SİSTEMİNDEN TÜRK EĞİTİM SİSTEMİNE İYİ ÖRNEKLER

Öz

Karşılaştırmalı eğitim alanında en fazla çalışılan eğitim sistemlerindenbiri Japon eğitim sistemi olmuştur. Özellikle Japon kalkınmasında temel vebelirleyici bir dinamik olarak kabul edilen eğitim, birçok ülke tarafından dikkatle incelenmiştir. Türkiye’de de bu bağlamda Japon eğitim sistemi üzerinebirçok çalışma yapılmış olmasına rağmen, özellikle Japon eğitim ve okul sisteminden uygulamalara yer veren araştırma sayısı yetersizdir. Bu çalışmada ise,Japon eğitim sisteminin tarihsel gelişimiyle birlikte, eğitim ve okul sistemi içerisinde örnek uygulamalara yer verilmiş ve Türk eğitim sistemi açısından uygulanabilirlikleri tartışılmıştır. Çalışma, literatür taraması ve yazarın 2005 yılındaJaponya Uluslararası İşbirliği Ajansı’nın (JICA), Japon eğitimi ve kültürü üzerine incelemeler yapmak üzere gerçekleştirdiği davet programı çerçevesindeJaponya’da yaptığı inceleme, gözlem ve deneyimlerinden yararlanılarak hazırlanmıştır
