Yapısal Sermaye ve İnsan Sermayesinin İşletmenin Nicel ve Nitel Performansına Etkileri/The Effects of The Structural Capital and the Human Capital on The Quantitative and Qualitative Performances of the Enterprise

Abstract

Entelektüel sermaye önceki yönetim anlayışlarının eksikliklerini gidermek üzere geliştirilmiş, yeni koşullara uyum sağlamanın ve rekabette öne geçmenin koşullarını tanımlayan yeni ve gelişmiş yönetim anlayışlarındandır. Bu çalışma ile; “entelektüel sermaye” ve entelektüel sermayenin alt unsurlarından “yapısal sermaye” ve “insan sermayesi” tanımlanarak; aralarındaki etkileşiminin analizi ve şirketlerin nicel ve nitel performansına katkısı belirlenecektir. Modelde yapısal sermaye ve insan sermayesi ayrı ayrı ve birlikte nicel ve nitel performansa etkileri, yapısal eşitlik modeli ile test edilmiştir. Yapısal sermaye ve insan sermayesi ölçeğinin model uyumunun olduğu görülmüş ve ilişki sermayesi ve insan sermayesinin tek tek ve birlikte işletmelerin nitel ve nicel performanslarını arttırdığı görülmüştür. Son kısımda yöneticiler ve araştırmacılar için öneriler sunulmuştur.
