Matkap Uç ve Kanal Geometrisi Tasarımının Kesme Kuvvetleri Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Taguchi Yöntemiyle Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, iki adet özgün matkap kanal geometrisi tasarlanmış ve üretilmiştir. Deneysel çalışmalarda ticari olarak tedarik edilebilen en yaygın iki takım geometrisi (Geometri 1, Geometri 2) ile geliştirilen özgün iki kanal geometrisi (Geometri 3, Geometri 4) performansları test edilmiştir. Takım geometrilerinin delik delme performansı üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmak ve ideal işleme parametrelerinin belirlemek için Taguchi deney tasarımı kullanılmıştır. Anova analizi ile giriş parametrelerinin deney sonuçları üzerindeki etkisi istatistiksel olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca Taguchi’nin Sinyal/Gürültü (S/G) analizi, yardımıyla en iyi sonuç için kontrol faktörlerinin optimum seviyeleri belirlenmiştir.
