Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi Dergisinde (2018–2025) Temaların, İş Birliklerinin ve Etkilerinin Haritalanması: Bibliyometrik Bir Çalışma

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi Dergisi’nin 2018–2025 dönemine ait 188 makale üzerinden kapsamlı bir bibliyometrik değerlendirme sunmaktadır. Veriler Google Scholar’dan Publish or Perish (V8) ile derlenmiş; dergi sayfalarından anahtar kelime, özet ve kurumsal bilgiler Python betikleriyle tamamlanmıştır. Ardından atıf göstergeleri, konu dağılımı ve kurumlar arası ortak yazarlık ağı analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, toplam 429 atıf, makale başına 2,28 atıf, yıllık 61,29 atıf, h = 10 ve g = 12 değerleri ile makale başına ortalama 1,16 yazar oranına işaret etmektedir. Konu haritası, derginin Tüketici Hukuku (33), Ceza Hukuku (27), Borçlar/Özel Hukuk (21) ve Anayasa Hukuku (19) odaklı bir çekirdeğe sahip olduğunu; usul ve anayasal çerçevenin ise pek çok çalışmada kesişimsel rol üstlendiğini göstermektedir. Anahtar kelime sıklıkları, tarihsel temaların (örn. Osmanlı hukuku) güncel tartışmalarla (kişisel veri, arabuluculuk, iş sözleşmeleri) birlikte ilerlediğini ortaya koymaktadır. İşbirliği ağı seyrek ve çok bileşenli bir yapı sergilemekte; işbirlikleri çoğunlukla ikili/üçlü kümelerde ve yurt içi odaklı olup seçili uluslararası bağlar (örn. Brown, Georgetown) bulunmaktadır. Sonuçlar, derginin son yıllarda hızla artan yayın hacmiyle özel ve ceza hukuku ekseninde güçlü bir profil çizdiğini; uluslararası ortaklıklara ve az temsil edilen alanlara yönelik odaklı çağrıların görünürlük ve etkiyi artırabileceğini göstermektedir.

Mapping Themes, Collaboration, and Impact in the Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Law Journal (2018–2025): A Bibliometric Study

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric assessment of 188 articles published in the Journal of Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Law Journal between 2018 and 2025. Data were compiled from Google Scholar using Publish or Perish (V8), and keywords, abstracts, and institutional information were extracted from the journal pages using Python scripts. Citation indicators, subject distribution, and inter-institutional co-authorship networks were then analyzed. The findings indicate a total of 429 citations, 2.28 citations per article, 61.29 citations annually, h = 10 and g = 12, and an average author ratio of 1.16 authors per article. The topic map reveals that the journal has a core focus on Consumer Law (33), Criminal Law (27), Obligations/Private Law (21), and Constitutional Law (19), while the procedural and constitutional frameworks play an intersecting role in many studies. Keyword frequencies reveal that historical themes (e.g., Ottoman law) coexist with contemporary debates (e.g., personal data, mediation, labor contracts). The collaboration network is sparse and multi-component; collaborations are mostly in bipartite/tripartite clusters and domestically focused, with selective international affiliations (e.g., Brown, Georgetown). The results suggest that the journal has a strong profile in private and criminal law, with its rapidly increasing publication volume in recent years. Focused calls for international partnerships and focused attention on underrepresented areas could increase visibility and impact.
