KONAKLAMA İŞLETMELERİNDE ÖRGÜT İÇİ FAKTÖRLERİN YENİLİK VE YARATICILIK PERFORMANSINA ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada konaklama işletmelerinde yenilik ve yaratıcılığın geliştirilmesinde önemli görülen örgüt içi faktörlerin, personelin yaratıcılık performansı ve işletmenin yenilik performansına etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İç Anadolu Bölgesi’ndeki dört, beş yıldızlı ve özel belgeli konaklama işletmelerinde, üst ve orta düzey yöneticiler oluşturmaktadır. Evrenin tamamının araştırma kapsamına alındığı çalışmada, 257 anket ile elde edilen veriler değerlendirilmiştir. Yenilik ve yaratıcılığı etkileyen örgütsel faktörlerin boyutlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan faktör analizi ile 7 faktör grubu belirlenmiştir.

Bu faktörlerin, yenilik ve yaratıcılık performansına yönelik etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuçlara göre, yenilik odaklılık ve proje üretme, bilgi paylaşımı ve iletişim, hedef odaklılık ve tamamlayıcı yetenekler ve takım ruhu, yenilik ve yaratıcılık performansını pozitif, bürokratik yapı ise negatif olarak etkilemektedir. Yaratıcılığı geliştirme inisiyatif kullanma ile tepe yönetimi desteği ve motivasyonun, yenilik ve yaratıcılık performansı üzerinde bir etkisi tespit edilmemiştir.
