This study has examined Turkish Culture’s effects on organizational structures. For the examination, Hofstede’s (1980) culture and Mintzberg’s (1983) structure dimensions are selected. With the selected variables, a network structure is built and this structure is tried to be supported with the relevant literature. Propositions are suggested with the major implications of the literature
