Abstract

In this page, it has been tried to investigate the factors of the teachers, take plesure in their jobs, work in Giresun City. Because of the reseach results look binary situaiton, it was used to logistic regression in this page. The result shows that is the first factor of not untake pleasure their job is wanted to reform themselves for in job and many factors which we believed that have an important impact to love job, don’t have an important impact in being teacher

LOJİSTİK REGRESYON ANALİZİ İLE ÖĞRETMENLER ÜZERİNDE BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Giresun ilinde görevlerini ifa eden öğretmenlerin, mesleklerinden haz alıp almamalarına sebep olan etkenler incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma için elde edilen verilere ait sonuçlar binary (ikili) durumda olduğu için çalışma lojistik regresyon analizi (Logit) yardımıyla sonuçlandırılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda öğretmenlerin mesleklerinden haz almamalarını etkileyen faktörlerin başında, öğretmenin kendini sürekli yenileme isteğinin olması faktörünün olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, öğretmenleri mesleklerinden soğutan faktörlerden olan birçok değişkenin öğretmenler için önemli bir etkiye sahip olmadığı da fark edilmiştir
