Örgütsel Politika, Hofstede'in Örgüt Kültürü Boyutları, İş Tutumları ve İş Çıktıları İlişkisi

Abstract





Örgütlerde politika hayatın bir parçasıdır. Her
örgütte ortaya çıkan güç mücadeleleri, etkileme taktikleri ve işgörenler
arasındaki sürekli çatışmalar, artık günümüzde normal karşılanmaktadır. Bu
çalışmada, politik algı ve politik davranışların, işgörenlerin sahip
oldukları kültürel değerlerin katkısıyla, işgörenlerin iş tatmini ve örgütsel
bağlılık seviyeleri ile tükenmişlik ve işten ayrılma niyetleri üzerinde
etkisi bir model olarak incelenmiştir. 644 işgören çalışmamıza katılmıştır.
Sonuçlar incelendiğinde kültür boyutlarından sadece güç mesafesi ile örgütsel
politika algısı arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu, ayrıca örgütsel
politika algısı ile engelleme taktiği arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu
tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract





Politics
is a part of life in the organizations. Such things as power challenges,
influence tactics and constant conflicts among employees that occur in every
organization are considered normal in our time. In this study; the influence
of political perceptions and political behaviors as well as the contribution
of the employees’ cultural values on the employees’ job satisfaction and
organizational commitment levels and intentions to quit their jobs has been
examined as a model. A total of 644 employees have participated in our
research. It has been observed upon examining the results that: there is a
meaningful relationship between power distance and perceptions of
organizational politics among the cultural dimensions, and also, there is a
meaningful relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and
blocking tactics.
