SAĞLIK SİSTEMLERİNDE ÇOK DÖNEMLİ RANDEVU ÇİZELGELEME PROBLEMLERİ

Öz

Sağlık sistemlerinde randevu çizelgeleme önemli bir problem olup günümüze kadar yapılan çalışmalar genellikle tek servis sağlayıcısı, tek planlama dönemi ve önceden belirlenmiş hasta sırası varlığındaki problemler üzerine yoğunlaşmıştır. Bu çalışmada, tek dönem ve sabit sıra varsayımlarını esneterek problem daha gerçekçi ve karmaşık bir ortam için ele alınmaktadır. Beklenen hasta bekleme süresi, servis sağlayıcının atıl bekleme süresi ve fazla mesai süresi maliyetini en azlayan iki aşamalı bir stokastik program kullanılarak servis sürelerindeki belirsizliği gözetmenin ne kadar iyileştirme sağladığı incelenmiştir. Basit sıralama kurallarına dayalı iki sezgisel yöntem önerilmiş ve bu yöntemlerin çözüm kalitesi ve çözüm süresi açısından performansı araştırılmıştır.
