Aim & Scope
Journal of Engineering and Architecture Faculty of Eskişehir Osmangazi University is a multidisciplinary and peer-reviewed journal to present recent improvements in science and engineering.
This journal publishes
original theoretical and empirical research papers related to these areas of engineering.
The Journal accepts papers in the areas of Computer, Electrical-Electronics, Industrial, Civil, Geology Chemical, Mining, Mechanical and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
Author Guidelines
Journal of Engineering and Architecture Faculty of Eskişehir Osmangazi University publishes theoretical and empirical research papers in a wide range of areas in engineering sciences.
The journal publishes manuscripts in either Turkish or English.

Ethical Principles and Publication Policy
ETHICAL RULES
1. Ethics approval is needed for
* Researches using publication on vulnerable populations, policies on consent to publication, handling confidental data and ethical business/marketing practices
* Clinical researches using human subjects,
* Researches using animals
* Retrospective studies in accordance with the law on protection of personal data
Ethics committee approval should be stated and documented in the article.
Information about the approvals (board name, date and number) should be included in the “Method” section of the article and also on the first/last page.
During the artical appload, the Ethics Committee Approval file must be uploaded to the system in addition to the article file.
Case reports must contain the information indicates that the consent form is signed.
2. Information about the approval for the study conducted in a company should be included in the article
3. Permission must be obtained from the owners for the use of scales, questionnaires, and photographs belonging to others and this must be stated in the article (with reference to).
4. As a result of the analysis of the article with iThenticate similarity programs, the total similarity level should be below 25%.
5. Author, Referee and Editor's compliance with ethical rules
Authors: Only those who have contributed significantly to the research should be listed as coauthors.
Referees: If the referees have any doubts about the conflict of interest, they should consult the Editor regarding the evaluation process. In order to prevent conflict of interest, people working in the same institution with article authors are not selected as referees.
Editors: Editor or Field editor appoints at least 2 (preferably 3) people from different institutions as referees to evaluate the article. The names of the referees who evaluate the articles are not notified to the authors (blind peer review). In addition, referees are guaranteed to evaluate articles without seeing the names of the authors (double-blind peer review). Editor or Field Editor is responsible for managing the referee evaluation process of the articles and they have the right to reject the relevant article in case of any conflict of interest.
6. Articles should include a statement that the Research and Publication Ethics are complied.
7. In scientific articles sent to journals, ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) recommendations and COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) International Standards for Editors and Authors should be taken into consideration.
8. It is necessary to comply with copyright regulations for the intellectual and artistic works used.
9. At the end of the article; "Contribution of Researchers", if available "Support" or "Acknowledgment" and "Conflict of Interest" statement should be given.

All accepted articles are published without any submission, evaluation or publication fees .

Prof.Dr.Haydar ARAS, 1989 yılında makine mühendisi, 1991 yılında makine yüksek mühendisi, 1996 yılında doktor mühendis unvanını alan Haydar Aras, 1997 yılında yardımcı doçent, 2006 yılında doçent, 2012 yılında ise profesör unvanını aldı.
TÜBİTAK Enerji Verimliliği Odak Kurul Üyeliği, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı Enerji Verimliliği Koordinasyon Kurulu Danışmanlar Kurulu Üyeliği, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı ARGE Sektörü Moderatörlüğü, Bilim Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı Kümelenme Bağımsız Denetçiliği ve Bilim Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı ARGE Sektörü Komisyon Üyeliği görevlerinde bulunan Prof. Dr. Haydar Aras’ın uluslararası ve ulusal dergilerde yayımlanmış 100’ün üzerinde makale ve tebliği ile 6 kitap bölümü mevcuttur, Prof.Dr.Haydar ARAS tarafından yapılan bilimsel çalışmalara yapılan atıf sayısı 2393 ün üzerinde olup H indeksi 19 dur.
Bilim Sanayi ve Teknoloji Bakanlığı ile diğer bilimsel kurumlarca desteklenen, enerjiden, havacılık Sanayiine kadar geniş bir yelpazede gerçekleştirilerek uygulamaya konulmuş pek çok proje Prof. Dr. Haydar Aras tarafından gerçekleştirmiştir.
I received my MS degree in electrical engineering from the Syracuse University in 2010, and I received my PhD degree in electrical engineering in the Holcombe Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina in 2015. I am currently an assistant professor with Department of Software Engineering, Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Eskişehir, Turkey. I am a member of IEEE and ACM. My research interests include network traffic analysis, network security, software defined networking, blockchain, security and privacy in intelligent systems.
Melih Cemal Kuşhan:
Prof. Dr. Melih Cemal Kuşhan is head the Department of Aeronautical Engineering and Director of Aviation and Space Technologies Application and Research Center of Eskişehir Osmangazi University, Eskişehir, Turkey. He has a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University, an M.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Anadolu University and a PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eskişehir Osmangazi University. He conducted his postdoctoral research at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, James Cook University, Australia. He has more than 260 publications on aviation and defence technology. His publications have been cited in more than 2500 scientific studies. He has completed 22 research projects in the field of materials science and manufacturing of aerospace components. He is a member of the National Aviation Cluster (ESAC) of Turkey.

PRE-CONTROL
Zuhal CAN received the B.S. degree in computer engineering from Atilim University, Ankara, Turkey, in 2006, the M.S. degree in computer science and engineering from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT, USA, in 2009, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and engineering from the University at Buffalo, SUNY, Buffalo, NY, USA, in 2015. She served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University at Buffalo from 2015 to 2016. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Eskisehir, Turkey. Her research interests include deep learning, speech processing, and wireless sensor networks.
Şükriye Kara received her B.Sc. and first M.Sc. degrees in Mathematics from Selcuk University, Türkiye, graduating as the top student of her department. She was awarded a competitive scholarship by the Turkish Ministry of National Education to pursue graduate studies in the United States, where she completed her second M.Sc. degree in Scientific Computing at New York University, USA. She recently completed her Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdurrahman Karamancıoğlu and currently serves as a Research Assistant in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Türkiye. Her research interests focus on nonlinear control and robotics, with particular emphasis on adaptive task-space control of redundant robotic manipulators, time-delay systems, and uncertainty compensation.
